- A minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is required.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promo.
- Prepayment of at least 50% is required within the next 48 hours from the receipt of the booking notification. In the event that the payment will not be completed within the said period, your booking will automatically be canceled.
- Payment can be made through bank transfer or a card payment link.
- Weekly rate is non-refundable, and non-cancellable but can be re-booked once if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
- For monthly rates, cancellations and modifications received 3 days or less before arrival will be charged for the full duration of stay. Cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival shall be charged 20% of the booking value. Rate adjustment during the block-out dates is 60% pro-rata.
- A surcharge of Php 500/day if stay falls during the peak date.
